Celebrating 2 Years & A Personal Milestone

Celebrating 2 Years of Drip Into Wellness!

This February, we’re celebrating two incredible years of helping you feel your best! From day one, our mission has been to empower you to take control of your health—offering premium IV therapy, vitamin injections, functional labs, genetic testing, and personalized health coaching to help you feel your absolute best. Along the way, we’ve grown, learned, and had the privilege of supporting so many of you on your wellness journeys.

To our amazing clients: You are the heartbeat of this business. Your trust in us, your stories of transformation, and your dedication to wellness inspire us every day. Whether you’ve stopped by for a drip, joined our membership, or simply shared our name with a friend, YOU are the reason we are here.

To our supporters: Thank you for believing in this vision. Your encouragement, referrals, and kind words fuel our passion to keep going.

In two years, we’ve expanded services, hosted events, collaborated with amazing local businesses, and continued to bring innovative wellness solutions to Knoxville. And we’re just getting started!

This milestone is proof that when you invest in your health, you invest in a better future.

Thank you for trusting us on your wellness journey. We can’t wait to continue supporting your health in 2025 and beyond! Here’s to many more years of growth, wellness, and community!

A Personal Note from Lauren, RN & Founder

February is a deeply personal milestone for me—not just because Drip Into Wellness turns two, but because my own health journey has taken a life-changing turn.

Three years ago, I was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis, an inflammatory disease that causes the immune system to overreact, leading to granulomas (clusters of inflammatory cells) forming in the body. It can affect multiple organs, most commonly the lungs and lymph nodes, and in severe cases, it can be life-threatening. I have been sick for four years and it has been a very long grueling &  lonely road.

The traditional gold standard treatment—high-dose prednisone and immunosuppressants—did not work for me. Instead, my condition worsened, spreading to new areas of my body.

That’s when I took full control of my health. I committed to:
✅ Removing inflammatory foods and switching to a clean, non-toxic lifestyle
✅ Swapping household products for safer alternatives (a hard and expensive process)
✅ Reducing pharmaceuticals, now down to just one essential medication
✅ Supporting my body with high-dose vitamins, supplements, and IV therapy

It has not been easy. But this February, after 15 months of fully dictating my own care, I received my 3-year PET scan results—and for the first time in three years, I got good news.

🩺 My PET scan showed “near complete resolution of metabolic adenopathy of the chest and abdomen.”

💜 I am in remission.

After years of watching my scans show worsening disease, this moment is surreal.

But, in true autoimmune fashion, the scan also revealed pneumonia—a serious and potentially life-threatening complication for someone immunocompromised. The past few weeks have been a challenge, but I’ve been prioritizing rest, recovery, and healing. Thankfully, I’m on the mend!

This experience has reinforced my belief in functional medicine, holistic healing, patient empowerment, and God. If you’re navigating your own health struggles, know this: you have more control than you think.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Here’s to another year of healing, growth, and wellness.
